We put the house up for sale last week and sold it before it hit the MLS! In addition, the buyer wants to close in 2.5 weeks! We thought our house would sell fast but this takes it to another level. This is really moving fast.
It’s been an emotional roller coaster. We’re happy and excited to move into a 5th wheel full time however it’s also sad to say goodbye to a great house, school, and some wonderful neighbors and friends. Add the stress of having to pack, store, and sell everything we own and you’ve got an emotional roller coaster that could fit right in at six flags. There is a sense of relief in getting rid of all the “stuff” you accumulate over the years.
