Trailer Towing Calculator

Use this calculator is to simplify the process of determining if your truck can safely pull the trailer you’ve selected. This calculator will determine if your truck can pull the combined weight of the loaded truck and trailer AND determine if your truck will be overloaded with the combined weight of your passengers, cargo, and trailer hitch weight. These two numbers are critical to know if you are within the safe limits of your truck. Overloading your truck can be VERY dangerous to you, your passengers, and fellow travelers sharing the road with you. If you’re in an accident, the first thing that the authorities will do is determine if you were over the safe towing limits. If you are, your insurance will likely deny any claims. So please, be safe.
